Exam: XR Chest 1 View
CLINICAL INDICATION: Suspected Sepsis; Other.
FINDINGS:
SUPPORT DEVICES: None.
LUNGS/PLEURA: Increased interstitial markings in the right lung. Complete collapse of the left lung with shift of the mediastinum to the right. There is expansion of the left-sided intercostal spaces. No pleural effusion.
HEART AND MEDIASTINUM: Normal contour; however right shift.
BONES AND SOFT TISSUES: No acute abnormality.
IMPRESSION: 1. Tension pneumothorax, left.
COMMUNICATION: Critical findings were identified, read back and verified.
