Course Description

Only 65% of the US population sees a dentist on a regular basis. Dentists are the experts in diagnosing and managing oral pain, but primary, urgent, and emergency care providers are often called upon to help patients with oral pain. This course will teach you to distinguish between the most common causes of oral pain, differentiate the origins of the pain, and apply interprofessional pain management techniques.
